Taylon Faltas was raised in the coastal California community of Santa Cruz and moved to, you guessed it, another seaside town to attend the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she earned her Bachelor's in Anthropology and minored in Professional Writing. It was in this new paradise that she blossomed as a writer, storyteller and ocean-lover. Her passion for beautiful places took her to Hawai‘i Island and O‘ahu, where she lived and worked (and enjoyed the beach!). Taylon is currently a travel and tourism writer based in Santa Barbara. When she's not writing about her favorite restaurants or stunning places to watch a sunset, she's at the beach (probably reading).
